The superb Camptech Savanna DL has gone through a face lift - now with large side access doors, a repositioned side windows and improved looks. The Savanna DL is an exceptional awning with superb build quality, feature packed and surprisingly low priced for a seasonal awning of this type. Designed for campers who demand a high-quality awning with extra features made from durable all season materials.
Manufactured for all weather condition, the new Camptech Savanna DL is constructed from their unique Climatech SR18 heavy-duty coated polyester fabric which oozes quality and feels amazing to touch. Providing the strength and durability required for seasonal campers, the Savanna DL is a real head turner and comes in two window configurations. Awning sizes 825-925cm (8-11) have a two windows front panel aspect, whilst larger 925-1200cm awnings have four front windows, two in each panel.
Extra high-quality Techline Easy Glide Zips allow all four awning panels to be partially opened or completely removed with ease, often with one hand. The internal heavy duty, anti-corrosion 22/25mm steel frame also benefits from the exclusive Griploc double locking adjustable frame clamp system and unique Unilock pole bracket pads which together make fitting the awning and achieving the perfect pitch simple, quick and secure without damaging your expensive caravan investment.
The large front clear windows allow plenty of light into the ample living area with ventilation provided by a central eve located adjustable air vent and a side ventilation panel underneath the window. All windows are fitted with easy-glide high-quality internal curtains with elegant tiebacks which add a real feel of quality to the accommodation. The curtain design complements the awning fabrics colour scheme in a neutral, modern design and provide privacy and shade as required. Externally the windows are fitted with full zip privacy blinds which can be secured when you're away from your awning to provide superb security as well as a high level of UV protection for anything inside the awning. The external privacy blinds roll up and can be stored safely and securely under the window canopy.
Both side panels can be used as wide access entrance doors or rolled half way down to produce a veranda effect. Optional veranda poles can be used to further enhance this feature. Furthermore, the side panels can be completely removed and replaced with an annexe (can be added either side or both) to increase storage space or used with an optional inner tent to increase your sleeping accommodation. Annexes are available in a standard or tall option with the tall annexe having its own entrance door on the end panel. Superb for larger families or for those unexpected guests!
The new Camptech Savanna DL also includes the ability to attach up to three Techline Storm Straps – one on each front corner and a brand new central Techline Secure Plus strap located directly under the front eve of the awning. These straps provide unrivalled stability to your awning during those inclement weather conditions. Further optional extras can be used to enhance the strength and performance of your Savanna DL should you experience exceptional camping conditions. These include Monsoon Roof Rafter poles, additional steel storm support legs, and Protech Roof Raisers if required.
