Returned after the customer discovered a missing curtain rail - this has been professional resewn (new) and is an almost invisible repair. The repair does not affect the normal use of this product or the material integrity. This awning has been pitched but is in excellent condition. However, you may find some very minor pitching marks and some soil marks on the awning beading where it connects to your caravan, The awning comes complete with all original equipment as listed.This is a superb bargain and is being sold "almost as new" with a 6 month warranty.
