Warehouse returned awning after the customer identified several small printing imperfections on the inside of the awning roof. These are purely cosmetic and have been retouched to minimise the effect when viewed from the inside (see photos). This awning has been pitched and therefore, does have some signs of pitching, handling and repacking. Any marks are purely cosmetic and do not affect the normal use or integrity of this superb product. The awning comes complete with all original equipment as listed with no other issues and no missing parts. This is a superb bargain and is being sold "almost as new" with a 6 month warranty. The original manufacturers box/packing may have been replaced. Don't miss out on this amazing saving. All our customer returned awnings are pitched and inspected indoors by our own staff, with inflatable full awnings pressure tested and left pitched for a full 72 hours to ensure there is no loss of air pressure.
